Rayevskoy - Ivanovoy. Specialized school started its work in a new special room which had builted in modern style with an actual influence of the old Ukrainian construction (1911-1912 architector K. Zhukov). The first director of the specialized school became Alexandr Liubimov (1979-1955) the learner of the Ilya Repin. Teachers was graduates from Repin art academy which sited in Saint Petersburg. The basis for the organization of the work became the teaching practice of M.D. Rayevskoy - Ivanovoy(1840–1912) in city art school and art principes of Russian Art Academy. From 1913 the specialized school was managed by S. Prohorov, which had been director of art school drawing in Tomsk; from 1914 The specialized school was headed by G. Gorelov; and from 1916 by A.
